What steps will reproduce the problem?

Hovering with normal throttle power went suddenly up 100 %

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Hexacopter rised suddenly and flew away

What version of the MegaPirateNG are you using?

2.7 (R3)
Please provide any additional information below.

I found hexa later and all connections was still working. Did not find a 
reason. Changed tx/rx radio  from FlySky 2.4G TH9X to Turnigy 2.4G with FrySky 
failsafe rx/tx.

A correction, firmware version was 2.7 R4

that's very old version (2.7)try something newer ....
