Elevator/Pitch Channel non responsive when loaded on HK Multiwii & Megapirate AIO board #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect RX to board (HK Multiwii & Megapirate AIO)
2. Load MPNG 2.8 R3
3. Load and connect to APM Mission Planner and calibrate radio

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Calibration of all channels should be possible however,
Elevator/Pitch channel shows no movent

What version of the MegaPirateNG are you using?
2.8 R3

Please provide any additional information below.
I have swapped RXs, TXs, Both, Swapped to other identical board.
