How to shutdown GrandOrgue when running headless #1805

The organ that I'm working on will normally be running headless.

How can I persuade GrandOrgue to do a clean shutdown. I can simply issue a SIGKILL, but that seems brutal. Is there any way to do it via a MIDI message?
