Supported GOSoundProvider::GetRelease without an attack handle

This is the next PR related to #1385.

For supporting independent releases, GOSoundProvider::GetRelease has not to use the attack sampler. So this PR

replaces the first parameter of GOSoundProvider::GetRelease with sampleGroup
changed the type of the second parameter of GOSoundProvider::GetRelease
renames GOAudioSection to GOSoundAudioSection
addes GOSoundAudioSection::m_SampleGroup and GOSoundAudioSection::GetSampleGroup
renames GOSoundAudioSection::m_Compressed to GOSoundAudioSection::m_IsCompressed
removes an old disabled code from GOSoundAudioSection.cpp
changed type of GOSoundAudioSection::m_IsCompressed to bool
changed type of sample_group from int to int8_t everywhere
moves structs attack_section_info and release_section_info inside the GOSoundProvider class and renames them to AttackSelector and ReleaseSelector

It is just refactoring. No GO behavior should be changed.
