Moved GOAudioGauge to the wxcontrols subdirectory #1823

This PR moves the GOAudioGauge class files to the new wxcontrols subdirectory. This subdirectory will be used for enchanced wx controls. Another example is present in #1822

It is only moving files. No GO behavior should be changed.
