Basic Chess Game

Feature, Bug Fix, or Improvement

Need to setup the basics of the chess game and a preliminary game play

Implementation

Setup the basic game of chess:

Added a state of the game and method for querying the state
Added color picking to the game to select pieces and choose movements
Added the chess game logic for determining which movements can be made and the condition of the game
Added unit-tests for the chess game
Commented the game classes

Review and Testing

Unit-tests were added for the chess game
