Homepage sort #152

The table header cell sort should look like this, where the arrow indicates which way the list has been sorted. The first click should sort descending. https://uspto.github.io/designpatterns/1.x/docs/components/tables.html#sorting

We currently don't have arrows, just clicking on the title ascends and descends the column. Please let me know if you would like to have arrows added. Thanks!

what is the industry standard for this behavior? we would like to have at least some indicator to let the user know that they can sort by clicking on the header.
