Foreign Registration Expiration Date - Error - attempted foreign registration date is in the future #569

When completing scenario 3, I put i have a current foreign registration. I then put in Foreign registration date of 2016, with no problem I then put Foreign registration expiration date of 2026, and I got the below error. The expiration date MUST be in the future. I should not receive an error.

@JackieBabos can you check the requirements again? the language here used is very specific and was given from the BA team. i checked the application, the functionality is behaving as implemented. so does this mean we had this part wrong the entire time?
