[BUG] Feathers from birds not affected by [gathering] setting #32

Describe the bug

Reported by Boidster on nexumods

I have [gathering] enabled = true and I've tried 50 and 100 in the 'feather' setting, but still get 3 feathers per bird. Big birds, tiny birds, doesn't matter - they somehow fly with only 3 feathers. :)

Have not tested with trees, really, since bird murder is our preferred way of collecting feathers.

I will test it later myself and update this bug report.

There's a relevant mod: Feather Collector. That same author has other "collector" mods and is generally prolific with mods to abstract certain aspects of the game.
