Can't open stp file #21

Complied latest, but not possible to open the mouse.stp file in FreeCAD or OpenCascade CadAssistant

The stp file exported from T-SPLINE cannot be read by other commonly used CAD system, as it contains the T-spline definitions that have not been supported by ISO until recently.
