[bug] no longer possible to limit components #12

@artf i believe after this commit https://github.com/artf/grapesjs-plugin-forms/commit/cd901b195f5278d57a10d2727a2ef6ff858540dc#diff-bfe9874d239014961b1ae4e89875a6155667db834a410aaaa2ebe3cf89820556 defaults behavior is broken.

Regardless of what do you supply in blocks argument, you always get the same list of blocks.

Please allow (again) to select the subset of blocks.
