Blocks properties can't be overriden #54

Hi!

The blocks defined at the file https://github.com/artf/grapesjs-preset-webpage/blob/master/src/blocks/index.js can't be overridden.

I need to change their categories and labels.

I'd suggest checking the programmatic usage of blocks which allows you to update any defined block in the project
