Updated version? #14

With the big patch is there going to be an update to this?

I'm also looking for an updated version that works after the large update. Are there plans to update this?

Doesn't work on my server anymore. Stopped working after the update. So you are using empire claim mode also? Given the only change has been the claim system update, I'm making an assumption there is an incompatibility.

No.. Settlers mode.

It shows all of the old claims, and the no longer show when they are removed. It doesnt look like its doing anything specific for islands that have been claimed though.

Since I have seen others with a similar issue, I was thinking an updated was needed. No info/help that I can find on troubleshooting the app so far. I don't suppose you would know much about how the app works and some troubleshooting suggestions? As I mentioned, was working great until the update.

After a large patch, it does not transmit data for online maps. Displays the islands in the game, but does not display them on the site.

New flags are not transferred to the online map. Apparently you are using the old system?

Not sure I follow what is not working for you. Like Smooreace, I have no issue with the Online map viewer app that shows the map and territories from a web page. However, the territories aren't working for me from the 'in-game' map.

I am still using the old empire mode.

You did not understand. Markers shows in the game. But, they are not like official server markers. And everything works with the old flag system. Collonies flag markers do not show via mapviver.

okay, but I have the opposite issue that you have. (smooreace) Shairnara, I don't use colonies mode, so that could be.

(smooreace) Was there anything you had to do in order for the old/orig claim system (Empire mode) to continue to work after the patch?
In the territory map folder, under www/gameTimes do you have more than one file there? I think the app should be generating some tmp*.map files, but the app is not doing it for some reason. I only get a 1k world.map file there. Appears that it is something with the app/Redis, but redis was a fresh/clean db.

Are there no devs that ever look at these pages?

I didnt push out a new map yet though. Was waiting for everyone elses to have the obvious failures so I could fix those BEFORE releasing!
