access to CDN get 403 error #582

while accessing http://cdn.graphalchemist.com/alchemy.min.js it is responded: 403 Forbidden Request forbidden by administrative rules.

how to solve this problem?

I have the same Issue

I resolved downloading the libraries and added manually to the project.
