Current behavior When creating or editing functions via Web Console autocomplete (IntelliSense) menu is hidden beneath other layers of webpage.
Reproduction Newest version of Chrome, edit / create function via web console, write subscription_query, hit ctrl+space

Expected behavior? Menu should be on top, visible to user.
