Vita crashes upon trying to install plugin #9

Whenever I tried to install the plugin for PSVshell Plus, the Vita freezes on startup and makes it very difficult to even do anything on my Vita forcing me to reset my taiHEN config. This is a big problem that you should look into.

Your fw version and config.txt with PSVshellPlus installed? Do you use Enso?

Pokemiah commented 2 years ago

Sadly, I don't have a config.txt file from one of the attempts at installing it with said plugins in it because I had to reset the taiHen just to keep the Vita from crashing. I do have one from what I believe to be from right before my second attempt which I'll put at the bottom and see if that helps. I'm running 3.65 Enso on my Vita. I have previously used the regular version of PSVShell before trying to switch to this and I deleted all the previous profiles before attempting installation.

Try disabling ftpeverywhere. Also what is vsh.suprx under all?

I don't remember. But apparently, I never reenabled that particular plugin so I guess it wasn't important. Anyway, I tried reinstalling it. Still doesn't appear in the quick menu, but this time my Vita didn't lag out to high heaven. Though, I was only on it for a few minutes afterwards so I can't say it will. I did backup the config.txt this time though before I restarted just in case. I'll put it down below.

Btw, not sure how relevant this information is, but I'm using a 1000 model Vita. I'm not sure that will help but a little extra info couldn't hurt.
