Other Notes: Everything looks good so far. I didn't find anything broken.

The known hard crash bug when unplugging a USB keyboard was observed when testing this build, however, it cannot be reproduced at this point in time.

Other Notes: The end session is still clunky. Takes a few seconds for the keyboard to show up with the race condition.

No reason that end session would work better yet. You can see what was changed in the release notes. It's only going to get fixed by one of the AOSP monthly updates, perhaps in a quarterly maintenance release, or by the update to Android 12.

This is pushed out to stable now since the changes are quite small and are important to fix a serious problem for INTERNET (Network toggle).
