UI layout unexpected behavior when launching from split-screen mode #291

I've noticed (somewhat inconsistent) unexpected behavior with the Camera app.

If I open an app and double-press the power button to open the Camera app, the Camera UI layout is normal: 1

But if I open 2 apps (say, Files and Vanadium) in split-screen mode and double-press the power button to open the Camera app, the Camera UI layout is weirdly offset: 2
