Can't get PWAs to persist reboot #587

I know they're only shortcuts but I use them a lot and having to redo my entire home screen on every update is excruciating.

Aren't these supposed to stick around? (Even after browser data cleanup)

Or maybe I have the wrong idea to begin with...

They don't work the same way as Chrome because we don't generate APKs with the Google service. Clearing browser data removing them is likely normal.
