Fork/add Gab's defunked Dissenter browser 'comments section of the internet' extension to Vanadium

Allow anyone to comment on any website, to fight & end Big Data/government censorship

(Users' federated Mastodon accounts could serve as Dissenter account logins and comments hosting, instead of Gab's previous model of centralized account hosting)
