Move Enable privileged eSIM management setting under SIMs settings #2806

It will be nice if Enable privileged eSIM management setting can be moved under SIMs settings. I have accedently enabled this settings many times and to disable it back need to restart the phone, also i feel this setting belongs under SIMs section.

I have a PR to move enable eSIM to SIM Settings: https://github.com/GrapheneOS/platform_packages_apps_Settings/pull/245

I cannot currently test this as I do not presently have a second supported Pixel device.

I closed my PR. It seems impractical and niche, and is too much work for a very negligible benefit.

It would also make rebasing harder in case Google ever were to move eSIM settings.

So I'd vote against this.
