We need information on how you triggered it. We've received a bunch of reports about the watchdog detecting a lockup but no information on how to trigger it. We recently added these user-facing kernel crash reports leading to getting a lot of report about these upstream bugs but we need more information than this to have any hope of resolving them.
I am unable to reproduce it. It happened more or less randomly after I went back to home screen and tried to open an app. I was in the secondary user profile with Google Play Services installed at that moment.
We'll try to solve it and we're very aware of it but we're going to close the individual issues filed about it.
