semi-functional Google search opened when you type from launcher screen #3184

Using GrapheneOS on a Pixel 8 Pro. From the launcher screen, if I start typing (I am using scrcpy to remote to my phone, I suspect you could also replicate this with a USB keyboard connected) I get a Google search screen. Submitting the query does nothing, however it does seem to be suggesting queries based on what I've typed (which would mean it's transmitting data to Google).

My guess is this isn't an urgent issue since you have to jump through hoops to type from the launcher, but this probably should be disabled somehow, or some way provided to use an alternative search engine.

This is related to QuickSearchBox (kept for CTS compatibility), see #17

@cemysce We replaced the main web search intent but didn't yet replace the global search intent used here which is meant to be able to also support searching for other things like files. We implemented the web search intent in Vanadium, but this doesn't make as much sense to implement there. We could just implement this in Vanadium too for the time being though.
