System APP: Add AdGuard Home #3898

Fork AdGuard Home as GrapheneOS System App Users only need to set the LAN ip 172.16.0.0 in GrapheneOS WiFi dns.

172.16.0.0 is the AdGuard Home gateway. Open 172.16.0.0:3000 in your browser and configure AdGuard Home.

AdGuard Home as a System APP Users no longer need to install the ad filtering app for System > Multi-User > Every Profile.

existing Ad filtering app occupies the VPN proxy channel, so VPN proxy can not be used with the ad filtering app.

That's a limitation of many VPN apps rather than a limitation of the VPN service feature. It's entirely possible to have local filtering and a VPN. RethinkDNS is one example of this but we can't recommend it.

Can't recommend it as in the project does not want to make an official recommendation or that there is a risk to using RethinkDNS and that it should be avoided?

Technical issues regarding the app or issues regarding the developer? If it's the former I believe it would be a good idea to inform the community of any issues that can potentially compromise their privacy or security, similar to how issues regarding Aurora Store and F-Droid are communicated publicly. I say this because RethinkDNS is used by a lot of people and is even mentioned on the GrapheneOS website. Clarification would be appreciated.
