There is an issue with French accents in the Settings app when the system language is set to French (France)

In "Settings > Sound and vibration > Phone ringtone" (Paramètres > Son et vibreur > Sonnerie de téléphone)

Same for "Default notification sound" (Son par défaut des notifications) and for "Default alarm sound" (Son de l'alarme par défaut)
