Bottom half of lockscreen not working for few seconds in 2024102100 Pixel 8 Pro #4181

The bottom half of the lockscreen when turning on display with button or doubletap is unresponsive for a while. Only swiping down from top half of screen works. After a couple of seconds, bottom half becomes responsive again, though skipping the swipe up animation transition into numpad lock. (Pixel 8 Pro)

My Pixel 7a seems to have the same issue. It doesn't always happen, but when it does, the input is "glitching" and either ignoring my finger completely or accepts that touch has started, but then changes it's mind as if I lifted the finger. After a while it starts working normally. While incident usually lasts about 1-2s, but is very jarring.
