Can't restore seedvault backup after system reset #31

I have my backup on pendrive and the phone didn't saw it on the setup screen. I couldn't connect it with a computer too. I tired resetting twice and nothing happened, only after the initial setup and changing USB-C port option to remove that restriction I could connect my pendrive and computer, but at that point there was no way to restore that backup, I could only create new.

I don't even know if that problem belongs here, but for me it's a problem that connects 3 things, setup wizard, seedvault and USB-C port options. If it doesn't belong here I will delete it, but I found a way to restore the backup after the first setup so maybe someone will find this here one day.
