Closes #2 and #5.

Added Polish braille tables and support for them (braille)
Added support for Polish braile in Braille keyboard (braille and brailleime)
Translation and typo fixes in Brailleime and Talkback
Enable hidden built-in support for French braille

Tested, fully working.
