[Feature Request] Add English version #3

Motivation

Since there are folks who don't use Vietnamese, they may come to Vietnam for a trip, or expats who are living in Vietnam. Having an English version of this list would be nice.

How

I can think of 2 strategies:

Add another README-en.md
Convert this current one to English

I prefer option 1.

However, this is a brand new project. So, we can wait for a while for this list to become comprehensive and then do the translation later. Just keep this issue for tracking purposes.

I second to having a supplementary English version instead of replacing the Vietnamese one :D

What I'm thinking is that having several languages would:

Encourage external contributors to contribute to any language they feel comfortable (e.g. VNese)
Adding the other languages will not be too hard for the maintainers or specific contributors (e.g. VNese to English)
