When adding a hyperlink in a doc, the dialog displays "https://graphitedocs.com" as a prompt in the input field. A new URL can be typed and submitted with the Enter key.
When attempting to insert another link elsewhere in the doc, the dialog shows the same url previously typed, and it's no longer possible to add it with the Enter key. One has to reload the page or go back to the doc list in order to add the new link. And then again, it only works once in the new session.
