Multiple requests for some system functions.

An alternative to developing these is to recommend Webmin or another panel

Webmin is full of "holes"... I used suPHP in the past, but its no longer maintained, last version was from 2013-05-20. Nevertheless, it works with apache2, as a module, maybe you can look into it.
