Fix the logs so they are consistent

In order to know how many queries we've made, we will make a log analysis, but currently our logs are a mess. Fix them such as:

• [x] Instead of saving everything to cache_scripts.log, create a $DATAWAREHOUSE/logs folder, and use it instead
• [x] Make all logs use the same format
• [x] Save the logs not only on the tmp datawarehouse but also copy them on error, with a _error.log or something like that.
• [ ] Add an option called "SAVE_REQUESTS_LOGS" that creates a logs/requests.log file with all the requests made, with the following info:
  • datetime
  • URL of the request
  • size of the request
  • size of the response
