Once the play editor #11 is done, we should include the ability to add interpretive plays and associated drills.

These would be tagged as being by someone rather than being "by the book"

Maybe have a "drills" tab to distinguish it from official plays. Or would that make the UI too cluttered?

Definitely need to be able to copy an existing play as a starting point.

Or maybe I'm over thinking it and they can be freely mixed?

With Wallerstein and Fiore the distinction between "by the book" and "interpretation" is much fuzzier.
