Is the advance button meant to provide more trades available than when not using it? #112

Same as on the tin It seems like advance button not only adds on the sub type but also overall increases the number of goods you can get

That sounds right. When you use advanced goods, it rolls separately for each sub-type.

I believe these rules came from the Merchants book.
