Feature suggestion: show character being created #113

i like hitting refresh and seeing new characters, but it would be legitimately entertaining to see the characters being created term by term, either real time roll by roll, or hitting a key to advance a term. Thanks for these tools, they are great!

I'm sorry, but that's outside the scope of what I can do with this. But at least there is the character's history being displayed.
