Feature request: clicking on subsector map should lead to world info #69

Similar to #68, but subsector→world instead of sector→subsector.

Again, an image map) should do the trick. All the subsectors have the same shape, so while creating the image map hexagons would take a fair amount of work and some high-school-level geometry calculations, it should be re-usable in every sub-sector map.
