We should support classes for padding-block-start, padding-block-end, padding-inline-start, padding-inline-end (and the margin equivalents).
The only thing we should consider is if we need top/bottom/left/right still... Probably, since they server different purposes. We'll just need to figure out the class names for the new ones.
