[BUG] Change language in Options scene #688

Where: On an options scene (Optional mods).

What: If you choose another language (or even the same), the scene shifts to its default fxml state and stops acting normally. The "Back" button doesn't work, there are two buttons "Test tab 1" and "Test tab 2". The obly solution to get rid of it is close and re-open the launcher.

Expected: As a USER I'd like to be able to chenge the language and see the same layout with changed language.

Reproduction: Download latest client + latest runtime, run them. Login via memory auth and go to the optional mods page, then change the language.

Does the 5.5.2 and 3.0.2 releases don't fix this issue?
