[XL] Explain the reasoning or reason behind the lens alteration FrontEnd #10

As a user, I want sections of the ePI to be highlighted based on focussing rules with an associated reason for highlighting.

add reason to the highlight, like an popup, or similar. How can we show that to the user;

  1. add reasoning
  2. how to convey the information to appear in the app
  3. how it would appear in the app

@riccardo-leoni-dw please use this also to change the mockups seen on the 5/12. (the one with hover with "pregancy"). This is similar

Reasoning will be added in the lens metadata ( https://github.com/hl7-eu/gravitate-health/issues/29 ). However I am not sure, the reasoning will be provided in English, which may not be the patient's language.
