[LRW] How to handle / test several lenses at the same time

could we have a category of lenses to select /approve in the settings and then we wouldnt have lenses to choose in the epi, but we would have the reason behind actions

Meeting UAG 15/12:

• Users needed to understad better the concept of lens.
• Users wanted to see which lenses highlighted which text.
• Users wanted an easier way to navigate between highlights.

as for the highlight, we have to decide speficication on how does the lens report it self in the highlight, a class with the lens symbolic name? this could also be helpful to link with the explainability (https://github.com/Gravitate-Health/end-user-app-WP4/issues/10 ). Definitelly a topic to discuss between Frontend, Backend and Standards.

How can we make this operation private? should the Lens Metadata include some declarative aspects that allow specific leneses to be recommended for a particular patient?
