Change / Add clinical information #6

I want to add/edit information related to tobbaco, drinking, vital signs, functional status and social status and pregnancy. I also want to add OTC medication by text, or by scanning. We need to define which variables are going to be used for the MVP3, weigth and height and other similars

Should we support this?

The backend permissions will be implemented through the https://github.com/Gravitate-Health/authorization-middleware . We only need the specifications for the authorization policies.

The current general opinion from people i have been talking is: we receive the IPS with info. We can tweak with it locally but not update the IPS. we can add a button to reset the info a re-retrieve the IPS. what do you think?
