Some decisions to be made:
[ ] what the name of the postgressql database that holds the label information should be called.
[ ] what type of signal is a good first go at this?
[ ] if we see a lot of "mislabeling" because chirp is not really a well defined class in gravityspy should we immediately redo this exercise with a new model that contains a better chirp class? retraining models is now much easier and less time consuming in gravityspy

On CIT enough code has been updated such that I can create a dag that essentially executes the following command
(cbc-omicron-GravitySpy-py27)[gravityspy@ldas-pcdev2 CBC-Omicron-GravitySpy]$ /home/gravityspy/opt/cbc-omicron-GravitySpy-py27/bin/wscan --inifile /home/gravityspy/Project/LIGO/GravitySpy/CBC-Omicron-GravitySpy/wini.ini --eventTime 1173203114.233886 --outDir /home/gravityspy/public_html/Project/LIGO/GravitySpy/CBC-Omicron-GravitySpy/images/ --pathToModel /home/gravityspy/src/GravitySpy/bin/ --uniqueID --ID M8up6NQKlH --runML --HDF5 --frame-file /home/gravityspy/src/O1GlitchClassification/frames/BBH-SEOBNRv3/L-L1_SOFTWAREINJ-1173188118-15000.gwf
It can read the frame file, process the eventTime and provide a label. The output goes here:
/home/gravityspy/public_html/Project/LIGO/GravitySpy/CBC-Omicron-GravitySpy/images/
The working directory for the dag file, and setup script is here:
/home/gravityspy/Project/LIGO/GravitySpy/CBC-Omicron-GravitySpy
A few more diagnostics are needed.

Right now the
gettriggers
andwscan
executables do not know how to receive omicron "frame files" and gwf frame files manually it relies entirely on fetching data.
