This PR updates the Travis CI configuration to use miniconda to install dependencies.

Thanks @duncanmmacleod I am going to merge this and work on some of the dependency stuff. This is a perfect framework to work on getting these tests and stuff back up! I almost have it working so I can release gravityspy
