Get `gfexcel/base` from packagist.org #148

This PR closes #134.

The base package is added to packagist. https://packagist.org/packages/gfexcel/base

This makes it available without the need to add the extra repository, still referencing dev-master because we don't really need versioning for this package.

@doekenorg what's your suggestion for renaming the package to be more consistent with the plugin name (GravityExport & GravityExport Lite)?
