Add Background position and repeat option on PDF bacgkround #1415

Description There should be an option to position pdf background. I have tested this and it works as its in the MPDF's supported css. https://mpdf.github.io/css-stylesheets/supported-css.html

Step To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a sample core pdf (zadani)
  2. Upload small background
  3. See the background image in repeat or in its default position.

Expected behavior User should be able to control background position and repeat.
