Double Quotes cannot be used in QR Code #1517

Description Cannot use
<barcode code="{"t":1,"d":5}" type="qr"/>to generate a QR Code containing the full JSON data. It is truncated to{by mPDF.Have submitted a patch to mPDF https://github.com/mpdf/mpdf/pull/2007
Upon releasing the fix, notify HS tickets tagged with
qr-quote-bug.
