Fix Status Indicator button in Gravity Forms 2.8.8 #1520

Description The markup requirements have changed in the 2.8.8 GF release for the active/inactive button.

Step To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the form PDF list
  2. Create a PDF and save
  3. Go back to the form PDF list

Expected behavior The active/inactive button shouldn't have display issues
