Help ? icons are clickable in the PDF settings #1532

Description The ? Help icons found all over the PDF settings (regardless of any PDF template type), update the entire PDF settings when clicked.

Step To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a new PDF or edit an existing one.
  2. Look for a setting with a help ? icon.
  3. Click on the ? icon
  4. See the PDF settings get saved/updated.

Expected behavior The PDF settings will be saved/updated, which should not be the case.
