Notice error when using Digital Signature add-on #1581

Description Notice error when submitting a form and the digital signature add-on is empty.

Step To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a digital signature add-on to the form.
  2. Create a new entry.
  3. Leave the digital signature field empty.
  4. Submit the form
  5. View the PDF.

Expected behavior

  1. The confirmation page will display an error: IMG_0077
  2. The PDF will display an error: IMG_0078
