Build 'amazon-ebs' errored after 294 milliseconds 302 microseconds: error validating regions: UnauthorizedOperation: You are not authorized to perform this operation. 

status code: 403, request id: 885669c4-5385-4365-bd09-6431fe5e3c63

I believe that we will need a permission around regions in the IAM. I will try and get a JSON blob to you around this.
